Me Marcel Racicot He is a Quebec and Ontario lawyer and has a master in taxation. He has been practicing law for over twenty five years in all aspects of commercial law, business immigration, corporate tax and estate planning, with a particular emphasis on cross border tax and estate planning, immigration trusts and international tax structures in the US, Barbados and Europe. He is also very involved in the business community, both in Quebec and in Floride. He is the founder and President of the Quebec-Florida Chamber of Commerce. |
